Colin Sphar is a US actor originally from Sacramento, CA. Colin grew up acting, singing and dancing professionally, and attended Natomas Charter School Performing and Fine Arts Academy where he was able to explore all his artistic passions from a young age before coming to Chicago to study acting at DePaul.

His work on stage includes: The Legend of Georgia McBride (Nebraska Repertory), We Are Proud to Present a Presentation... (Theater Emory), after all the terrible things I do (About Face), Posh (Steep Theatre), world premiere of Luna Gale (Goodman Theatre) and its Los Angeles transfer (Center Theatre Group), national tour of Letters Home (Griffin Theatre), Romeo and Juliet (Southwest Shakespeare Company), and work with Victory Gardens, Primary Stages, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, TimeLine, Teatro Vista, Chicago Dramatists, and Sacramento Theatre Company. On film and TV in 'Liminal Vortices', 'Be Here With Me' and 'Con Vex'.

Colin co-hosts with Michael Turrentine a variety show at The Boxcar called The You're So Special, a community based night of artistic expression. He also plays with the Back Room Shakespeare Project. This winter, he is returning to his hometown of Sacramento to play George Wickham in The Wickhams: Christmas at Pemberley at Capital Stage.
