We work in an era of super fast turnarounds and self tapes. The least we can do for ourselves is make the audition as creative and artistic as possible. When you're grounded in your vision of the material, you stand out to the people who are casting and you grow as an actor.
The most important thing I can do for another actor is provide a space to play, take risks, and discover the scene. It's greatly rewarding to support your work with compassion, rigor, and enthusiasm! I've had the pleasure of coaching actors in sessions that booked national tours, Broadway, and network television.

What's It Like Working With Me?
I absolutely love coaching with Colin! As an actor with years of experience, he always offers insightful feedback and challenges me to find a nuanced way to approach the character. He's kind and patient: a quality that is vital in this world of self-taping and quick deadlines.
BOOKED!: Network TV Episode
Colin is a warm and generous collaborator who helped coach me (a guy with literally no experience doing audition videos!) through filming an audition for some-thing I ended up booking. He created an encouraging atmosphere of play and discovery that gave me permission to forget that I was inexperienced, and tap into my natural creativity in a way that really shined through on the audition tape.
BOOKED!: Indie TV Pilot
Colin makes auditioning fun and whenever I work with him, I leave feeling encouraged, inspired, and confident in my work. He is a true collaborator who you want on your team. When I received this audition, I had two days to turn it around and I immediately knew who I needed on my team. After each take, he offered extremely insightful feedback and guidance, while also being so understanding, encouraging, and caring. It felt like we were collaborating and making art rather than just taping an audition. He also assisted in choosing which takes to use and when it was time to be done.
